Questions
Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. AutoDm uses Meta's official Instagram API and follows its rules: it only replies to people who comment on your posts or message you, within the time Meta allows. It never messages people who didn't contact you.
Do I need technical skills?
No. We set everything up. You use a dashboard in Arabic or English.
What happens after 12 months?
Your system keeps working exactly as it is. The Care plan is optional: it brings the new features and support.
What if Meta changes something?
We follow Meta's changes closely. With the Care plan, fixes reach you as updates.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Each team member logs in with their own email and password, as owner, admin or member. There are no seat fees.
I'm on ManyChat. Can I switch?
Yes. During setup we rebuild the automations AutoDm supports today, and tell you upfront about any that must wait for a coming feature.
Is there a limit on messages?
We don't limit you or charge per message. Instagram's own sending limits apply, as they do to every tool.
